Renewable Energy Systems of Alaska, located in Anchorage, Wasilla, and Fairbanks; has over 30 years’ experience in providing solar power to Alaskans. Renewable Energy Systems of Alaska is looking to expand our sales team by recruiting an experienced Solar Sales Representative. We are a family company that puts our employee’s safety and wellbeing first. We are looking for that individual who enjoys customer appreciation and wants to be a part of a solid team that offers good pay and benefits.

The Position:

We are looking for a full-time sales representative with customer service and / or retail sales experience. Starting salary is $42,000 during training the first 30-90 days. After training you will make salary plus commission, which has uncapped earning potential. Some responsibilities will include: answering phones, greeting customers, and completing sales transactions. You will learn how to design and sell small and large solar systems that with the best products in the state.

• Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy with the purpose of generating interest.
• Customize solar energy products and systems depending on the needs and designs of the customer’s property.
• Become an expert in solar through our leadership and training programs so you can properly serve the marketplace.

Our Location:

Renewable Energy Systems of Alaska is located on Airport Way, across from the movie theater. High visibility location with an industry leading showroom.

Top candidates will have:

• Customer service experience (min 1 year)
• Home Improvement sales experience (min 1 year)
• Proficiency with computers, CRMs, Office, and G-Suite
• Good communication skills (in-person, phone, and text)
• Willingness to study and learn product knowledge rapidly
